The 2017 Perth Airport Achiever Awards proved to be a huge success with 25 young people presented with awards, as well as financial assistance and acknowledgement, to serve as an incentive to continue with further study or training. It showcased a group of remarkable young people who have experienced adversity, overcoming their hurdles and achieving remarkable things – through their own resilience, the love and support of their carers and families, and importantly through the ongoing efforts of staff of our Department.
