Joshua has a label of Autism and as a result lives with a high level of anxiety. Because of this the video is narrated by his mother Deb. The story highlights the valued roles that people with a lived experience of disability can have in the community when supported from a person-centred perspective. Since completion of the video Joshua and his family have relocated interstate. The video highlights the important role of advocate and carer, and the Department of Communities value of Empathy.
